We have the best of it.

Here we have Canadian on the left, American on the top and British/European on the bottom.

Canadian is the least fatty.

American (what we in Britain call ‘streaky’bacon) is the most fatty. Great for quick really crispy bacon.

British/European has the best of both worlds and makes a great flavourful bacon roll/sandwich/buttie.

That sounds interesting. Sounds very tasty too.

No just British style bacon.

I use U.S. style (streaky) bacon on burgers and cheeseburgers.
